Regional Disaster Program Officer
The Regional Disaster Program Officer (RDPO) is responsible for the implementation of the disaster services program throughout the Eastern New York Region in alignment with established metrics. The position can be based in our Albany or Syracuse Office.
Disaster Preparedness Manager
The Disaster Preparedness Manager serves as the lead functional expert in the Eastern New York Region for Individual and Community Preparedness and Resilience. The position can be based in our Albany or Syracuse office.
Disaster Preparedness Specialist
The Disaster Preparedness Specialist provides technical expertise and implements local preparedness and resilience offerings, working with regional employees and volunteers to build prepared and resilient communities throughout the 27-county Eastern NY Region. The specialist can work from any of the offices–Albany, Syracuse, Poughkeepsie, Utica or Watertown.
Sr. Volunteer Recruiter
The Volunteer Recruitment Sr. Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing broad based recruitment strategies to attract and identify Red Cross volunteers to effectively support Regional goals and mission critical activities. Looking for someone outgoing with experience in sales or fund raising.
Executive Coordinator
We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to work in our Albany location.The Executive Assistant will provide complex administrative support to the Regional Executive Officer. Prepare reports and various correspondences.  Administer projects, programs, and/or processes applicable to the unit.
Maintenance Tech
Under close supervision, the Maintenance Tech perform repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, or on machines and equipment. The tech will work in our Albany facilities and, on occasion, will perform work at properties on the Eastern New York Region’s eastern corridor from Plattsburg to Poughkeepsie.
